If you're starting a project with us, or you message us on here you'll probably be talking to me!
I live in Suffolk, and have previously worked as a Technical Lead, Full-stack developer, Scrum master and a UX designer, seeing the development process all the way through, leading teams making products for global brands.
I've led and consulted for technical teams and brought them to the next level, implementing Agile, pushing their UX up a gear and focusing on team communication.
Now I run Carefully Coded, focused on creating beautiful, functional website and apps - and helping businesses with everything digital!
I'm a keen climber, cyclist, drone photographer, I have a Computer Science degree from the University of York and I also make and sell custom 3D printed concrete pots (they have cute little faces on, whats not to like...).

Data Engineer + Backend Developer
From small websites to distributed analytical engines, if you have data that needs processing then I'm your man. Having created distributed platforms for multinationals, all the way down to serverless infrastructure for teams of one, contracting has given me a high degree of flexibility to make the best system for your use case.
I also work to support data scientists, providing the tooling required to effectively create machine learning models and continue to maintain them.
Prior to joining Carefully Coded I've led several development teams, splitting my time between technical leadership and architecture design.
In my spare time I scramble over boulders, play board games and participate in typing competitions (current typing speed: ~220 WPM, 14th in world).
